Position Overview:
MDM Search is in search of a dedicated Internal Medicine Physician to join our esteemed healthcare team. This role involves a structured schedule of 7 consecutive days on followed by 7 days off, with each shift lasting 12 hours.
The successful candidate will be tasked with delivering exceptional medical care to our patient population, which includes diagnosing and managing a wide range of medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform thorough physical assessments of patients.
2. Order and analyze diagnostic tests and imaging results.
3. Identify and treat various medical conditions.
4. Create and execute comprehensive treatment strategies.
5. Monitor and assess patient progress regularly.
6. Prescribe necessary medications and therapies.
7. Provide education to patients and their families regarding health issues.
8. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Qualifications:
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine.
• Valid medical license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
