About the Role

This is a night shift position, and we are looking for a nurse who is available to work flexible schedules. Our ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric patients and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements
  • Current RN or LVN license to practice in the state of Texas
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric patients
