About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Hotel Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our hotel's buildings and grounds, ensuring that our facilities operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair buildings' plumbing and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts such as switches and fuses.
  • Maintain and repair buildings' fixtures and equipment according to preventative maintenance schedule.
  • Assist other departments with moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies.
  • Keep accurate records of key control changes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 6 months - 1+ year of hotel maintenance experience preferred.
  • Passion about hospitality and creating an exceptional guest experience.
  • Ability to perform Daily Maintenance Engineer Checklist.
  • Ability to maintain and repair buildings' plumbing and electrical systems.
  • Ability to identify and report needed repairs to the parking lot and sidewalks.
