About the Role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant (MA) to join our team in Green Bay, WI. As an LPN/MA, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our patients in a primary or specialty care clinic. You will be responsible for gathering patient information, administering medication and vaccinations, communicating treatment plans, and monitoring medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately record patients' medical history, vital statistics, and test results into EPIC.
  • Conduct screening, diagnostic treatment, and rehabilitative services as part of a team-based care model approach in our clinics.
  • Identify patient problems and assist in care planning as an integral part of the treatment team.
  • Prepare and administer medications and immunizations under the guidance/orders of an RN or provider.
  • Provide patient education on healthy living.
  • Manage patient flow in the clinic.
  • Maintain exam rooms and equipment to meet infection control standards.
  • Obtain specimens as directed by a provider.
  • Perform follow-up calls to patients.

Requirements
  • Valid State of Wisconsin LPN license and/or Medical Assistant certificate.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Solid time management and organizational skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Competent in basic healthcare procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
