Job SummaryThe Licensed Mental Health Professional will work collaboratively with our education and campus life teams to develop and implement individualized plans to support students' mental health and well-being. This includes conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy sessions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to support students' mental health and well-being
- Collaborate with education and campus life teams to develop and implement individualized plans to support students' academic and personal growth
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure seamless support and services
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and treatment plans
- Master's degree in social work, school psychology, or a related field
- New York State License or license eligible
- Experience working with students with developmental disabilities or on the autistic spectrum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
