  • Menu Management: Maintain the daily menu board, confirm that dining room personnel are aware of seasonal and regional menus, and ensure that signature dishes and daily specials are presented in a timely and appealing manner.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that dining room personnel extend exceptional customer service, including seating residents, presenting menus and specials, answering questions, and making suggestions regarding food and services.
  • Table Management: Ensure that tables are promptly and properly bussed, cleared, and reset in a timely and appropriate manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a dining room management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness
  • Knowledge of menu planning and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
