Key Responsibilities
  • Unload and receive inbound shipments, accurately scanning and documenting product information.
  • Manually move and stock large, heavy goods, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Monitor order management systems to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders.
  • Perform regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with peers and managers to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, with a focus on logistics and operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a warehouse environment for extended periods.
