The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department at Danbury Hospital. Responsibilities include performing a wide range of office tasks, such as record keeping and written communication.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate work templates, producing reports for the department, and compiling statistics related to financial data, compliance, and performance improvement.

In addition, the candidate will process purchase requisitions, maintain department inventory, and provide communication to both internal and external customers.

The successful candidate will schedule appointments, arrange and distribute agendas, and coordinate conference room support as needed.

Furthermore, the candidate will fulfill all compliance responsibilities related to the position and perform other duties as assigned.
