About the Opportunity

HealthPRO Heritage is seeking a skilled Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) to join our senior living facility in Durham. As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to providing compassionate care and innovative therapy solutions to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Assist in implementing treatment plans and provide direct patient care under the supervision of Physical Therapists.
  • Treatment and Education: Work closely with Physical Therapists to develop and implement treatment plans, and educate patients and families on treatment protocols.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient treatments, progress, and responses in compliance with facility policies.
