**Role:** CPU Architecture Engineer, Full-Time Position

**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly skilled CPU Architecture Engineer to join our team at Sunlune. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing high-performance CPU architectures for our cutting-edge AI chips.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Design and optimize CPU architectures for AI chips, focusing on performance, power efficiency, and area optimization.
  • Develop and maintain RTL code for CPU cores, including tensor, vector, and RISC-V cores.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI chip architecture simulators, such as GEM5.
  • Analyze and optimize firmware for AI chips, ensuring seamless integration with our hardware.

**Requirements:**

  • Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in CPU architecture design, with a deep understanding of computing architecture and AI hardware accelerators.
  • Familiarity with typical AI models and their computational memory access behavior.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with processes below 12nm and knowledge of AI technology is a plus.
