Shift Supervisor

As a Shift Supervisor with Compass Group, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining services. Your primary responsibility will be to direct the activities of our team members during a specific shift, ensuring that assigned job expectations are met while maintaining policy and procedure.

• Provide training and create work schedules for team members
• Evaluate the performance of workers, recognizing and rewarding high performers and addressing underperformance
• Prepare production or sales reports for management, ensuring your unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off
• May serve as a mentor, developing employees and encouraging them to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization
