Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Services Associate to join our team at Harvard Maintenance in O'Fallon. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and employees.

Responsibilities
  • Perform basic cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
  • Restock toilet paper and other essential supplies in restrooms
  • Empty trash and recyclables, and replace liners in trash cans
  • Move furniture and equipment as needed
  • Check and clean all areas, including windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
  • Perform additional duties as required, including attending to spills and clean-up work
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in cleaning or maintenance
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work a regular schedule, Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm
