Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Rehabilitation Services department.
  • Coordinate and manage staff and clinical affiliates, ensuring effective treatment and activity schedules.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and new program initiatives.
  • Train and evaluate the competency of both new and existing staff members.
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments and treatments as required.
  • Support the Director in departmental management and undertake delegated responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  1. Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program with a BA or BS degree.
  2. A minimum of three years of experience as a practicing physical therapist.
  3. Current licensure by the Physical Therapy Board of the state.
  4. Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) for healthcare providers, to be maintained throughout employment.
