Mixology Expert

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Bartenders to join our opening staff at IVR Bar in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding service, menu knowledge, ensuring food safety, serving beer, spirits, and cocktails, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

This is a full-time opportunity with an estimated salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our bar features a large selection of domestic and imported beers, craft cocktails, and international favorites. • Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems.
• Provide detailed menu information and assist guests with selections.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables or bar.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
• Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the highest quality service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
