We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at Cleric. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our product and our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Relationship Management: Own the technical relationship with key accounts, ensuring seamless integration and support.
  • Deployment and Customization: Deploy Cleric at the customer site, contribute product changes to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • Performance Analysis and Improvement: Analyze Cleric's performance from telemetry, contribute product features to enhance performance.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with technical decision-makers within customer organizations.
  • Product Feedback and Roadmap Development: Provide valuable product feedback to our engineering team, directly influencing Cleric's roadmap.
  • Integration Development: Develop new integrations to expand Cleric's capabilities.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, with deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Customer-Facing Skills: Strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to architect solutions under pressure, with experience in objection handling and navigating technical discussions.
  • Bonus Requirements: Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and/or background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or DevOps.
