Events and Revenue Manager

Job Description: Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth? As our new Catering Sales Director, you'll be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our catering sales department, developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and building strong client relationships.

Your Role: As our new Catering Sales Director, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Buidling strong client relationships and managing the entire sales process
- Collaborating with operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Preparing detailed proposals, contracts, and event budgets
- Negotiating terms and finalizing agreements with clients
- Tracking sales performance and producing regular reports on event sales, revenue, and profitability
- Managing event budgets, cost control, and profitability
Requirements: Proven experience in catering sales, event planning, or hospitality management. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work well under pressure. Familiarity with CRM software and event management tools. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
