Job Title: Night Owl Assemblers

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team at Byrne Electrical Specialists. As a Night Owl Assembler, you will be responsible for producing high-quality parts within reasonable expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment
  • Read prints and process sheets
  • Perform first piece inspection and in-process quality checks
  • Identify and properly tag rejected parts
  • Understand and follow all ISO procedures
  • Assist with training new employees and follow company policies
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a team-based environment emphasizing quality, performance, cross-training, and accountability
  • Meet or exceed productivity requirements
  • Perform inspection process and complete production paperwork
  • Set up equipment or machines and perform simple adjustments

Requirements:

  • Ability to operate small hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
  • Read, learn, and follow training and written procedures
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Follow detailed instruction, inspection procedures, and product appearance
  • Work from engineering drawings and/or specifications

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged standing and walking
  • Some lifting (not to exceed 50 lbs.)
  • Some daily computer work
