Position Overview

Hope Comprehensive Center for Development is on the lookout for skilled and passionate Speech Language Pathologists to join our expanding team.

Our practice not only focuses on speech therapy but also integrates occupational and ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapies, offering unique co-treatment experiences.

We cater to pediatric patients in a clinical environment and provide telehealth services throughout the area. We encourage all interested candidates seeking full-time positions to apply. Compensation and Benefits
Our Speech Language Pathologist positions start at an annual salary of $90,000, with potential for increases based on experience and performance. Full-time and part-time roles are available.


Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- California license in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
- Current BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 2 years of pediatric experience with various communication, language, and dysphagia disorders
- Strong organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.


Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in management and leading a team of therapists
- Advanced expertise in specialty areas, particularly Autism, AAC, and/or Feeding
- Background in customer service.
