We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at McMillen. As a key member of our water resources group, you will be responsible for designing and developing projects related to dams, hydropower, and water treatment systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and prepare plans and specifications for water resources projects
  • Perform site investigations and provide detailed assessment reports
  • Develop project plans, specifications, and construction documents
  • Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, and contractors to ensure project success
  • Provide construction engineering support and management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 4-8 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on water resources
  • Professional Engineering License, NCEES registration preferred
  • Able to travel up to 15%
