Arcade Technician

Round1 Entertainment is seeking a skilled Arcade Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing arcade machines and bowling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer complaints and analyze machine malfunctions to identify the root cause.
• Assist the facility manager with installation, maintenance, and repairs of arcade games and bowling machines.
• Identify and troubleshoot common problems with controls and audio systems.

Requirements:

• Two-year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
