Job Overview:
">- This position is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting high-speed IML production lines.
- The successful candidate will have experience working with IML systems, including Pages, Muller, and IML Robotix, and will be proficient in PLCs ladder logic, I/O, and machine control devices.
- You will work closely with the production team to ensure smooth operation of the IML lines and will be responsible for completing daily inspections and performing routine maintenance tasks.
- Additionally, you will assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- This is a dynamic role that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with IML systems.
- Previous experience with machinery, mechanics, or electronics is highly desirable.
- You should be able to lift up to 35 pounds, climb ladders, and work in a production environment with exposure to grease, oils, and solvents.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols at all times.
