Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to work with elementary students in a supportive school environment.

This role involves delivering individualized speech and language therapy services, developing and implementing IEPs, and collaborating with educational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to elementary students with diverse needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs tailored to students' communication challenges.
  • Support classroom activities and work closely with teachers to integrate speech strategies into daily lessons.
  • Track and document student progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with parents and school staff to ensure holistic support for each student's development.
  • Maintain detailed records in line with school and district policies.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Texas SLP license.
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting, especially those with multiple communication needs, is preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
