Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at Travel Nurse Across America. As a US Tech, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:- Educate patients and their families about procedures and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the examination process.
- Operate sonographic equipment to capture accurate images and identify areas of concern.
- Prepare exam rooms and assist radiologists with ultrasound procedures and biopsies.
- Report any abnormalities or concerns to medical staff and maintain accurate patient records.
- Conduct scan tests, write reports, and maintain sonography equipment.
- 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
- BLS, ARDMS National Certification, and state-specific licensing when required.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
Additional Requirements:
- Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
