Job Title: Call-In Bank Teller Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive banking experience for all clients.
  • Process financial transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Identify sales opportunities and guide customers towards suitable banking products.
  • Prepare daily cash settlements and perform proof operations.
  • Investigate customer accounts and provide follow-up assistance.
  • Accept various payment methods.
  • Issue money orders, cashier's checks, and traveler's checks.
  • Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Carry out additional related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Reliable means of transportation.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in mathematics and computer usage.
  • Capability to adhere to established policies and procedures.
  • Previous experience in cash handling or customer service is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Willingness to travel to nearby branches as needed.
  • Availability for Saturday shifts is required.

Work Hours: Call-in hours will vary based on business requirements.

Physical Demands: The role may require standing, walking, sitting, handling objects, reaching, speaking, hearing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and possessing specific vision capabilities.
