About the Role:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team of professionals in providing exceptional speech therapy services. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students by conducting assessments and evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs, with a focus on evidence-based practices and continuous progress monitoring.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals and ensure seamless integration with educational programs.
  • Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on students' speech and language goals, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current California state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a school setting is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
