Competitive Salary and Benefits:

Up to $15,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. Average annual salary: $90,000 - $120,000 based on experience and qualifications, including holiday pay & shift pay differentials.

Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse at Providence Mount St. Vincent, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team providing whole-person quality care to patients in need. Our shared governance model empowers nurses to create practice standards and expectations, ensuring patient-centered care.

Required Qualifications:

Degree in nursing. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License. Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. 1 year of education & Training: LTC geriatric experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Long Term care experience. Supervisory experience with nursing assistants (NAC's). Experience with an interdisciplinary team. Direct care experience. MDS/RAI experience.
