Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct, hands-on care to residents, ensuring their physical, mental, and emotional well-being is maintained at the highest possible level.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, resident-centered care, adhering to safety policies and practices.
- Report changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse, ensuring prompt attention and care.
- Respect and promote residents' rights, including privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
- Develop positive relationships with residents, family members, and guests, fostering a warm and welcoming environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have completed an approved training program and passed competency examinations in clinical skills and written knowledge, in accordance with statutory requirements for Certified Nursing Assistants.
