Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Router. As a Router, you will be responsible for routing all deliveries, answering incoming calls to support internal and external customers, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule deliveries according to capacity and business conditions.
  • Record missed and/or re-delivery problems.
  • Submit completed delivery manifests and stop records by deadline for contractor settlement purposes.
  • Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.
  • Assist in customer pickups, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in inbound and outbound quality assurance processes.
  • Operate and maintain order pickers and warehouse equipment.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1+ Years Related Experience required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, POS system, and basic knowledge of city and outlying areas.
  • General warehouse operations and knowledge of the equipment and function of Powered Industrial Trucks for product relocation and safety inspection.
