Responsibilities

The following responsibilities are key aspects of this role:
  • Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
  • Identify and assess patient condition, prepare, position, and provide patient care.
  • Establish and maintain a sterile environment.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have completed a 24-month formal program or military program in Radiologic Technology, be eligible and/or current RCIS, and possess previous procedural area experience. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required, with Advanced Life Support (ACLS) training achieved within 6 months of hire.
