The Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide (CNA/HHA) role works under the direction of a Case Manager/DON, providing resident care to assigned residents in accordance with resident assessments, care plans, and nursing management directives. This position collaborates with licensed care staff to coordinate resident care and adheres to Company nursing policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Requirements- A strong commitment to improving the quality of life while partnering with community organizations in patient care
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment, collaborating daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and STNA leadership
- Eagerness to pursue higher-level opportunities, such as certifications and further education
- Ability to work independently and on your own from day-to-day
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state(s) of practice
- Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the state(s) of practice
- CPR certification
