Job Summary:The ICU Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those with respiratory failure, sepsis, and other life-threatening conditions. You will work closely with the hospitalist team and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and make adjustments as needed.

- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in unit-specific orientation and training to ensure proficiency in ICU protocols and procedures.
- Current Oregon RN license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
- Experience working in an ICU setting, with a focus on critical care and respiratory therapy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
