Job Purpose: As the Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the daily activities during your assigned shift, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to established operational standards. You will report directly to the Venue Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate team members to provide outstanding guest experiences and foster a collaborative work environment.
  2. Ensure compliance with company and franchise standards through effective monitoring of staff performance.
  3. Manage staffing schedules to meet operational needs while optimizing labor costs and enhancing profitability.
  4. Assist in the recruitment, selection, and training of new team members.
  5. Engage with guests to assess satisfaction and address any concerns in accordance with conflict resolution protocols.
  6. Resolve issues related to staff and point-of-sale systems as they arise.
  7. Maintain service quality standards as outlined in the department's Standard Operating Procedures.
  8. Oversee the cleanliness and sanitation of all designated areas.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings and service standards.
  • Understanding of cost control systems and methods in the food and beverage sector.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in a similar role.
