Job Summary:As a Registered Nurse in our Med Surg / Telemetry unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to a diverse range of patients. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities:- Assess and monitor patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying potential health risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address patients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-advocacy.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current state of Missouri RN licensure required.
- Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
- BLS certification required at hire and maintained.
- ACLS required within 6 months.
- Previous clinical experience preferred.
