As a Traveling Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Current RN licensure in the state of California.
- At least one year of recent travel experience as a Registered Nurse.
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, EFM certifications.
- Tech Cert Verification - National.
- Tech Cert - National (Copy) required for certain technical positions.
- State License 1 Verification needed for RNs and Techs.
- NIH Stroke Certification.
- CA Venipuncture Certification required for certain tech positions.
- ASHA Cert (American Speech-Language-Hearing Assoc) Req for SLP.
- 100 mile radius rule, no locals no exceptions.
- Must have all certifications in place and active for the next year.
- Must present any Scripps work history up front.
- Proof of W4 is required.
- Per contract, we must have the I9 on file for audits.
- Contract length: 13 weeks.
