Fueling Expert

Penske is seeking a skilled Fueling Expert to join our team in Pasco, WA. This role offers a competitive salary of $23.00 per hour and the opportunity to advance your career in vehicle maintenance.

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are fueled, cleaned, and safe before they hit the road again. You will be the face of Penske, greeting customers and sending them off with a smile.

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service as you fuel and wash vehicles.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections to ensure tires, fluids, and basic maintenance items are up to date.
• Help maintain clean and safe facilities for customers and associates.
• Build your skills through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work well as part of a team.

This role requires regular attendance, a willingness to work outside, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs/23kg regularly and occasionally lift up to 100lbs/45kg.
