About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Endocrinology team at Providence Medical Foundation in Orange, California. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients, identifying their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Develop and implement education plans to promote patient understanding and self-management of their conditions.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a vocational school or college.
  • Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
  • National Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • IV Certification.
  • At least 2 years of recent experience in an acute care facility or medical group practice.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) or IDX systems.
