About the Role

The Associate Optometrist is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and driving business results. As a leader in the organization, you will collaborate with the Store Manager and store team to ensure all patients receive the highest quality Optometric care.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute clinical protocols to maximize results and drive growth
• Partner with the Store Manager and store team to achieve key performance indicators
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and colleagues
• Stay up-to-date with current Optometric theory and technology
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
• Lead by example and maintain a positive culture

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry degree
• Commitment to quality patient care
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
