Air Barrier / Commercial Roofing Waterproofing Specialist
We are seeking a qualified professional to manage and execute air barrier and waterproofing installations in accordance with ABAA standards.
This role encompasses the application of detail membranes and/or liquid-applied detail membranes, proficient operation of airless sprayers, and the use of scaffolding and aerial lifts.
Key responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, coordinating schedules with onsite supervisors, upholding OSHA regulations at the job site, and accurately documenting material usage.
The position requires adaptability for overtime and travel commitments.
Essential Skills:
- ABAA certification (preferred)
- Experience with airless sprayers
- Proficiency in using scaffolding and aerial lifts
- Blueprint reading capabilities
Soft Skills:
- Efficient work habits
- Strong coordination skills for scheduling
- Daily review and documentation proficiency
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
