**Executive Position**

We are seeking an accomplished Warehouse Executive to lead our Washington branch, focusing on driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage warehouse operations, customer service, sales, HR, IT, and facilities departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Mentor and coach team members to achieve their full potential and promote a culture of excellence.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

  • 5+ years experience in warehouse management, operations, or general management.

  • Proven track record of success in improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
