Opportunity:
We are in search of Internal Medicine residency-trained Physicians to become part of a thriving and expanding practice.
This position is within a hospital-employed hospitalist group comprising over 25 full-time board-certified Internal Medicine hospitalists.
Enjoy flexible and personalized scheduling options (12 shifts per month).
Benefit from a significant shift differential for nocturnist providers.
Work 12-hour shifts with no on-call responsibilities.
Access to 24-hour subspecialty support across all specialties, including in-house Radiology coverage available around the clock.
24/7 Pulmonary and Critical Care support for all critical care admissions.
A signing bonus of $100,000 is offered.

Compensation: This hospital-employed position provides a competitive base salary along with a productivity bonus. Enjoy a $100,000 signing bonus, 25 days of paid time off, paid malpractice with tail coverage, and support for continuing medical education and licensure fees. Additionally, student loan repayment options are available as we are a PSLF eligible employer.
