Braun Intertec is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of CPT Operator in our Upper Midwest operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field activities related to CPT services, ensuring accurate data collection and equipment maintenance.
  • Develop expertise in CPT operation and interpretation, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Operate and maintain specialized instrumentation, including CPT drill and semi-tractor and trailer.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, maintaining accurate documentation and records.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the success of the team.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and government regulations.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with ability to write reports and business correspondence.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions, with a focus on cost-effective solutions.
  • Willingness to travel 50% to 75% of the time, with flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.

Required Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience on a drill rig or CPT rig, with a strong understanding of CPT operations.
  • Class A CDL or ability to obtain within 3 months, with a clean driving record.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and science.
  • 40 hour Hazmat Training or ability to attain within six months of hire, with a focus on safety and compliance.
