We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Psychotherapist to lead our team at Apex Ventures. Our client, a rehabilitation clinic with approximately 120 beds in the Finsterwalde area, offers a unique opportunity for a professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

About the Role

As a Licensed Psychotherapist, you will be responsible for leading the department, ensuring psychotherapeutic treatment according to the therapy concept, reviewing psychotherapeutic reports, and conducting individual and group therapy sessions. Your expertise in psychodiagnostics and group therapy will be invaluable in our team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the department and ensure the delivery of high-quality psychotherapeutic services
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members
Requirements
  • Licensed Psychotherapist (m/f/d) with a strong background in addiction disorders
  • Experience in psychodiagnostics and group therapy
  • Excellent communication and team skills
  • Motivation, flexibility, and a willingness to perform
