POSITION SUMMARY:

Sales Performance:
  • Achieves company sales targets by employing effective sales strategies and sharing product knowledge with customers; assists in merchandise selection or locating items based on customer preferences.
  • Keeps abreast of ongoing sales promotions and maintains visual and pricing standards.
  • Upholds merchandise handling and presentation standards, ensuring loss prevention measures are followed, along with other tasks as assigned by Management.
  • Engages in visual merchandising efforts, including monthly store layouts and area maintenance.

Customer Service Excellence:
  • Exemplifies and promotes the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience.
  • Addresses customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Facilitates a quick and efficient checkout process, staying informed on policies regarding payments, returns, and exchanges.
  • Encourages additional purchases at checkout, including gift card sales.
  • Enrolls clients in loyalty programs.
  • Cultivates and maintains a strong customer base through personalized service and wardrobe consultations.
  • Stays knowledgeable about current product fits and style offerings available in-store and online.

Operational Support:

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to adapt to technology utilized by the company.
  • Excellent organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Regular attendance is essential to meet company objectives, with a flexible schedule required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
