- Foster social interactions among residents to promote a sense of community.
- Engage in the activity program by conducting planned activities under the guidance of the Activity Director or supervisor.
- Monitor and ensure the health, safety, and overall well-being of residents.
- Document residents' functional status and any relevant information in the designated records.
- Provide attentive support and supervision to residents.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all residents.
- Report any changes in residents' conditions to the Director of Nursing or the on-duty nurse.
- Keep accurate records of residents' meal intake, bathing, and other personal care activities.
- Assist residents with their personal laundry needs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Participate in monthly staff meetings and stay informed by reviewing all relevant resident information in communication logs and progress notes.
- Completion of a background check and drug screening is required.
