Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care, utilizing the nursing process to coordinate and implement care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality, identifying and reporting concerns, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve unit goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
- One (1) year of nursing experience.
