Soliant is seeking a committed School-Based Speech Language Therapist to join our team. This role is suitable for professionals looking for either part-time or full-time engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students with speech and language challenges
  • Design and execute tailored treatment plans for each student
  • Deliver therapy services to students on an individual basis or in small groups
  • Engage in IEP meetings and assist in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is mandatory
  • Active or pending license in Speech-Language Pathology for New York
  • Experience working with children in a school setting who have speech and language difficulties
  • Familiarity with assessment methodologies and intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capacity to foster supportive therapy environments
