**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Critical Care Pediatric RN Specialist to join our team at Children's National Hospital. As a key member of our critical care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the advancement of nursing practice.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Deliver high-quality patient care in the pediatric intensive care unit, adhering to established standards and best practices.
  2. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  3. Develop and implement individualized plans of care, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
  4. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize care processes.

**Qualifications:**

  • Degree: Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • License/Certification: Registered Nurse in District of Columbia or Maryland (Required)

**Estimated Salary:** $105,000 per year, based on experience.
