Groundskeeper

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Groundskeeper to join our team at KRE UP Management LLC. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our properties, including grounds, buildings, and common areas.

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of grounds, buildings, and common areas
• Clean and monitor trash receptacle locations on property
• Clean all amenity areas, including the clubhouse, model apartment, pool, sport courts, and restrooms
• Clear and remove debris from community grounds, breezeways, and amenity areas
• Complete and assist with minor work orders as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor
• Deliver resident correspondence and packages to units as requested

• High degree of neatness and respect for property and landscape combined with a willingness and desire to learn
• Able to understand cleaning solution labels and use as instructed
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization

This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. The Groundskeeper will be required to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds. The position also requires working in varying weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and humidity.
