About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Facilitator to join our team at Elevo Learning. As a Program Facilitator, you will be responsible for leading social-emotional learning and enrichment activities for TK-K-6th grade students, promoting physical, mental, and academic well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans that promote social-emotional learning and enrichment activities.
  • Lead groups of up to 20 students in various activities, including STEAM, music, and Lego.
  • Assist with homework completion and snack distribution.
  • Effectively manage student behavior and ensure student safety during outdoor activities.
  • Work collaboratively with staff and school administrators to achieve program goals.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working with elementary and/or middle school students.
  • Ability to design and implement engaging lesson plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
