We are seeking a skilled Clinical Instructor to join our team at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. As a Clinical Instructor, you will play a vital role in assisting with in-service programs, orientation, and skills training for nurses and other staff members across all clinical areas.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with in-service programs, orientation, and skills training for nurses and other staff members
- Provide resource support to staff and management
- Participate in performance improvement activities as needed
- Assist with hospital orientation and employee health nurse as needed
- Current Registered Nurse licensure to practice in the state of Kentucky or a current Registered Nurse licensure with a multistate compact
- Current clinical experience
- A minimum of three years experience as a Clinical Instructor preferred
- Certification as an instructor with the American Heart Association in BLS required, PALS, and/or ACLS preferred
Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
